“[Why didn’t you switch to Liquid a year earlier?] I was tied to a contract, which kept me from making any changes. Once that contract ended, I felt ready and eager to embrace a new opportunity with a fresh team.

[At TI11, you defeated Liquid while playing for Secret. Did that experience give you more confidence about joining a strong team?] I wasn’t entirely sure at that moment because the tournaments leading up to TI11 had been a bit unpredictable and challenging. However, my performance at The International really boosted my confidence. It made me realize that if I did decide to join Liquid, we would undoubtedly be working together towards the vision I have for the team, shaping it into something truly exceptional.”

Of course, Zai played a significant role in my decision as well. I felt a genuine connection to the team’s vibe and playstyle, which really resonated with me,” shared Michał “Nisha” Jankowski.
